I ordered a necklace from getbacknecklaces.com after losing someone really close to me, and honestly... it means so much more than I expected!!! It’s one of those little things that just feels personal, you know??

The necklace itself is simple, but really pretty, and I’ve been wearing it a lot. On the rougher days, it kind of gives me a little comfort, which I didn’t realize I needed so much... Shipping did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal!!

I’m giving it 4 stars because of the shipping delay, but the necklace itself feels really special!!! I’m genuinely glad I got it, and it’s become something I’ll probably keep close for a long, long time

The necklace showed up on time and overall it looks nice. The engraving is there and you can read it, but it’s a little lighter than I was expecting, so it doesn’t really stand out much. Not a bad purchase or anything, just felt kind of average to me

The necklace was nice, but I decided to return it. The return did get handled and my refund came through eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just took a few days to hear back, and I had to follow up once, which made me feel a little like just a ticket number in the system. Overall, it worked out, but it wasn’t the smoothest process. 3 stars feels about right

The checkout process was smooth. I did have to reload the page once, but after that everything went through fine. it feels fair when a site makes buying simple and doesn’t waste your time, so I appreciated that.

I mainly bought this for the photo projection, but i could barely make out the picture. Even when I held it under my phone light, it still looked super cloudy and kind of stretched out.

I tried it a few different times and even showed my sister, but she couldn’t tell what it was either. Disappointing for the price, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again...

The replacement ended up taking way longer than I expected. I had to keep following up with them just to get things moving, which was frustrating.

Necklace looks nice on, and overall it seems okay for price. Only thing is clasp feels bit weak, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up if you wear it a lot

I got a custom necklace made and the name was basically just how I typed it in, so that was good. The spacing looked right and the font was nice too. It did seem a little smaller than I expected, but maybe that’s just how necklaces are supposed to look, so I can’t really complain. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but once it got here I was happy with it. I’d probably order again.

I reached out to customer service a few times and it was frustrating. Replies took forever, and a couple times I didn’t hear back at all. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a basic answer. Not the best experiance
